      So, you can use this card to sacrifice one of your monsters you control to return Fusion or Fusion Cancel from the GY. Not sure the viability of the payoff is really needed, unless of course if your deck can fusion summon using materials from your field or GY to get the best outcome.

      Honestly, for being a WATER Warrior and being able to recycle Fusion, this screams Skysavior’s Support.

      However, I don’t think it will be played on Skysavior since there are other better options to take.

      This monster is a Level 6 that cannot Summon itself. Although Fusion Cancel isn’t a bad card by any stretch, this card retrieving it is just an awful use of it. But recovering up to 2 Fusions from your GY is good in Skysavior, as they sometimes need Fusion in the hand for their effects. The issue lies in that this card does not mix well with Skysavior either.
