Bonus: Deadborder’s Pun Explanation!<\/strong><\/p>\n \u771f\u7d05\u773c\u306e\u93a7\u65cb when not force-read would be something like “Shinkugan no Gaisen”, where “Shinkugan” means “deep red eyes”. It’s the kanji used on Red-Eyes Black Dragon itself (minus, y’know, the kanji for “dragon”).<\/p>\n BUT<\/p>\n \u51f1\u65cb (gaisen) means “triumphant return”<\/p>\n \u93a7\u65cb (gaisen) used on the card replaces that “gai” with a “gai” meaning “armor”<\/p>\n In short, it’s something like “Armored (Triumphant) Return of Red-Eyes”.
