It&#8217;s the kanji used on Red-Eyes Black Dragon itself (minus, y&#8217;know, the kanji for &#8220;dragon&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>BUT<\/p>\n<p>\u51f1\u65cb (gaisen) means &#8220;triumphant return&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u93a7\u65cb (gaisen) used on the card replaces that &#8220;gai&#8221; with a &#8220;gai&#8221; meaning &#8220;armor&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In short, it&#8217;s something like &#8220;Armored (Triumphant) Return of Red-Eyes&#8221;.
