Two weeks ago, the device used to provide security to our Twitter account broke permanently, with no way to regain access to the phone number attached.<\/p>\n
The same day that device broke, Twitter suspended our account, and requested additional security checking for our attempts to log into our Twitter account.<\/p>\n
From that day forth, it would not allow us to log into that account without providing a code sent to that inaccessible phone number via SMS.<\/p>\n
For those two weeks, I (and others) have contacted Twitter to resolve both the suspension and the inaccessibility problem. <\/p>\n
We have received no meaningful response.<\/p>\n
I am patient when appropriate. It is no longer appropriate to be patient, so I am now impatient.<\/p>\n
We must now make a new account.<\/p>\n
