This big event, being non-sanctioned, is non-ranked, and has an “Open” policy — any and all original Yu-Gi-Oh cards, in any language, were allowed to be used. This is one of a few events that means to cater to the still TCG-using Filipino populace that cannot enter Konami Asia’s sanctioned Tournaments. The Tournament followed the OCG banlist, held in a Swiss format with a Top 8 cut.<\/p>\n
