In order to prepare for “Anti-Spell Fragrance”, you can return 1 opponent Spell\/Trap Card to their hand with “The Weather Rainy Canvas”. Finally, with the effect of cards like “Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen”, you can increase the number of “Weather Painters” on the field, allowing you to ensure the Link Summon of “The Weather Painter Rainbow”<\/p>\n
