\nalthough this card’s magazine reveal text is writ to activate effect (3) if destroyed in owner possession, it might as well just be writ to work if destroyed in owner control.
\nThis is because the cards in your possession are cards you control, cards in your hand, cards in your Main Deck, cards in your Extra Deck, cards you are currently Summoning, cards attached to monsters you control as Xyz Material, your banished cards, and cards in your GY, et al.
\nThis card can’t exist in your hand or Main Deck, and it can’t be destroyed while it is in the GY, banished, or attached to something as Xyz Material, because destruction doesn’t happen to cards in the GY, banished cards, or attached Xyz Material.
\nIf it is destroyed by an opponent’s card effect while in your Extra Deck, or while it is being Summoned, then it can’t Special Summon itself from the Graveyard, b\/c it wasn’t SynchroSummoned first.
