Been wanting to see how to make use of those new Legendary Fisherman related cards, well, Konami has a suggested Deck Recipe, which recommends using them in tandem with the Mermails!<\/p>\n

“The Legendary Fisherman” + “Mermail” Deck<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Legendary Fisherman II:
\n\u25a0 You can add cards like “The Legendary Fisherman III”, “Mermail Abyssteus” and “Stronghold Whale” from your Deck to your hand.<\/p>\n

Pacifis, the Phantasm City:
\n\u25a0 It lets you destroy monsters with “Rage of Kairyu-Shin”
\n\u25a0 It protects “The Legendary Fisherman II” from being affected by other monsters’ effects.<\/p>\n

Stronghold Whale:
\n\u25a0 It protects “The Legendary Fisherman II” and “Mermail Abyssteus” from being targeted by effects
\n\u25a0 It Sets “Sea Stealth Attack” from the Deck to the Field<\/p>\n

Sea Stealth Attack:
\n\u25a0 It can activate “Umi” (sic: “Pacifis, the Phantom City”) from the hand or Graveyard
\n\u25a0 It protects “Pacifis, the Phantasm City” from being destroyed
\n\u25a0 It protects “Abyss-sphere” and “Call of the Haunted” from being destruction<\/p>\n
