As it currently stands, we do not have any rulings from a TCG official source regarding\u00a0<strong>Prohibition<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Psi-Blocker<\/strong>. In the event this does change, any differences will be updated, but you should use the one provided by Konami before this one.)<\/p>\n<p>What you can and cannot do with a card declared by <strong>Prohibition \/ Psi-Blocker<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wordpress-post-tabs tabs_183_0_wrap wordpress-post-tabs-skin-default\"\"><div id=\"tabs_183_0\"><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/ygorganization.com\/staging\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fposts%2F183#tabs-183-0-0\" ><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/ygorganization.com\/staging\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fposts%2F183#tabs-183-0-1\" >Can<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/ygorganization.com\/staging\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fposts%2F183#tabs-183-0-2\" >Extra Tidbits<\/a><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"wpts_cl\"><\/div><div id=\"tabs-183-0-0\"><\/div><div id=\"tabs-183-0-1\">\n<p>NOTE: These actions are only allowed if they do not conflict with any of the guidelines in the &#8220;CANNOT&#8221; section.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use it to pay a cost for a card effect or use it as a part of a card&#8217;s effect.\n<ul>\n<li>e.g. A declared card can be Tributed by <strong>&#8220;Enemy Controller&#8221;<\/strong>, added to your hand by <strong>&#8220;Reinforcement of the Army&#8221;<\/strong>, targeted and affected by <strong>&#8220;Raigeki Break&#8221;, <\/strong>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use it for Tribute and Ritual Summons<\/li>\n<li>Use it for the Summoning procedure of another monster that does not treat that monster as material.\n<ul>\n<li>e.g. A declared\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Snoww, Unlight of Dark World&#8221;<\/strong> can be returned to the hand to Special Summon <strong>&#8220;Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div id=\"tabs-183-0-2\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cards that alter their original name must be declared by that modified name.\n<ul>\n<li>e.g. <strong>Harpie Lady 1<\/strong> cannot be declared. You must declare\u00a0<strong>Harpie Lady<\/strong>, and as a result,\u00a0<strong>Harpie Lady 1, 2, 3,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Cyber Harpie Lady<\/strong> would all be affected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You do not need to declare the full name of a card.
