This site doesn’t just feature decks from OCG and TCG Tournaments. Every now and then we stumble onto, or come up with, a cool idea. Today’s is [“Black Garden” RUM].<\/p>\n
The list<\/em> 3x Black Garden 2x Bottomless Trap Hole Honourable Mention: Tinplate Goldfish<\/p>\n The idea of this deck is to Summon multiple Level 4 monsters and make powerful Xyz plays. “King of the Feral Imps” can fetch either “Masked Chameleon” or “Kagetokage”, and the “Number C” monsters can handle many threats. Play around with some extra deck choices. My personal favourite is Number C104.<\/p>\n “Black Garden” can Special Summon monsters with either 800 or 1600 ATK from your Graveyard easily, including “Star Drawing”, which is ripe for use and reuse. This helps keep you in the game by compensating for the risks and costs of Xyz Summoning.<\/p>\n You can control how “Black Garden” affects your plays by using either Numeron Force or Number C106, as well.<\/p>\n “Traptrix Myrmeleo” can fetch cards like “Bottomless Trap Hole” when Normal Summoned. If it is in your Graveyard, you can easily Special Summon it with “Black Garden”. When Myrmeleo is Special Summoned, you get to target and destroy a Spell or Trap your opponent controls, and this can help you to control your opponent’s options.<\/p>\n It’s also notable that while “Kagetokage” provides easy ways to Xyz Summon, “Tin Goldfish” can do the same, and can also be Special Summoned by “Black Garden”. However, “King of the Feral Imps” can fetch “Kagetokage”, but cannot fetch “Tin Goldfish”. It’s a give and take, but part of the game’s fun comes from testing one’s own innovations and approaches on deck styles. Don’t just stick to this one, try your own variations and see what tricks you can pull off!<\/p>\n We haven’t yet seen a deck like this at an event, but it’s a lot of fun.
