With each theme receiving a grand total of 3 cards apiece, they have changed the Decks enough to become competent strategies for the future of the game. There will also be slight changes to the format of the article, so I hope you all enjoy it!<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Stopping the Chain Links<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our first stop will be looking at <\/span><b>Enneacraft,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as they don\u2019t really have much to go over in terms of techs or cards to look for since they were given one Ultra Rare in the set, that being <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.tcgplayer.com\/mOxO0q\"><b>Enneacraft &#8211; Atori.MAR<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The gimmick with <\/span><b>Enneacraft <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is that all the Level 9s have the same Pendulum Effect that places 1 <\/span><b>E.C. Counter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on them, and at the end of the Battle Phase, if there is an <\/span><b>Enneacraft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> card in the other Pendulum Zone, you can target and destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with less ATK than the <\/span><b>Enneacraft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> card in the first Pendulum Zone. As for the monster effect, all share the effect that you can reveal them in your hand to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand in face-down Defense Position, but you cannot Special Summon face-up monsters the turn you use that effect. <\/span><b>Atori <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is an interesting Boss Monster as when your opponent activates a card or effect on the field during your turn, you can quickly change this face-down Defense Position card to face-up Defense Position in order to negate that activation and destroy it. Then if this card was flipped face-up, you change all monsters your opponent controls to face-down Defense Position, and those monsters changed face-down by this effect cannot change their battle position. With their new cards, this Deck has even more ways to add any of their cards needed to your hand, and with <\/span><b>Enneacraft \u2013 Atil.SPIA<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> turns the game into something less focused on Chain Links and more focused on one-for-one trading. We have seen <\/span><b>Mega Zaborg<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> over the years from <\/span><b>Nekroz <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to <\/span><b>Dogmatika,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> but now, <\/span><b>Enneacraft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has taken use of it as if it is Tribute Summoned; you can target 1 monster on the field and destroy it. Then if it was a LIGHT monster, both players send as many cards as possible from their Extra Decks to the GY, but not more than the original Level\/Rank of that destroyed monster. And if you Tributed a LIGHT monster to Tribute Summon <\/span><b>Zaborg<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you get to choose the cards your opponent sends to the GY. The newer cards do so much for the deck, bringing it to the attention of the player base as a potential Meta Deck in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Synchro with Stylish Tunes<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ended up being a big winner from <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blazing Dominion, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Rotary <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Crackle <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Back 2 Back <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raised not only the ceiling of the Deck but also the prices on the market by quite a bit. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.tcgplayer.com\/DyDyJo\"><b>Kewl Tune Cue<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is still one of the best starters for the Deck as on its Normal Summon, you can Special Summon any Tuner from your hand, Deck, or GY, but you are locked into Special Summoning Tuners for the rest of the turn. All the<\/span><b> Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Main Deck names and <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Track Master<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> share the same effect that makes it so if you use them as a Synchro Material on the field, you can use 1 Tuner in your hand as 1 of the other materials. This works really well with the <\/span><b>PSY-Framegear<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tuners, <\/span><b>Effect Veiler<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and the <\/span><b>Yokai Ghost Girl <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">line of Hand Traps. Finally, if <\/span><b>Cue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is sent to the GY as a Synchro Material, you can excavate the top two cards of your opponent\u2019s Deck, banish one of them, and put the other on the top or bottom of their Deck. With the addition of <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Rotary <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and it being a Level 1, this can help you grant access into <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Track Maker<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which can add any<\/span><b> Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> card from your Deck to your hand when it is Synchro Summoned, and when it is sent to the GY as a Synchro Material, you can return 1 card your opponent controls to the hand as a way of breaking the opponent\u2019s board.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-129073\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-300x169.png?wsr 300w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-1024x576.png?wsr 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-150x84.png?wsr 150w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-450x253.png?wsr 450w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-1200x675.png?wsr 1200w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats-768x432.png?wsr 768w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/CueTheBeats.png?wsr 1279w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.tcgplayer.com\/9LvLr0\"><b>Kewl Tune Reco<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is another strong card for the Deck, since when it is Summoned you can add 1 <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> monster from your Deck or GY to your hand, except a Level 3 monster, which lets you access the new <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Rotary <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for your Level 4 <\/span><b>Track Master<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b> <b>Clip <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b> <b>Mix<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Synchro Summon the Level 6 <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Loudness War<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and with the new <strong>Kewl Tune Rotary <\/strong><i>(<\/i><i>YGOrganization Translation)<\/i> to go into <\/span><b>Kewl Tune RS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or the new <\/span><b>Kewl Tune Crackle <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For each of the Synchros, they have their own utility, such as <\/span><b>RS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gaining 300 ATK for each Tuner in the GYs and increasing the Levels of monsters your opponent controls with 1700 ATK or less by 1. This is a great Synchro Monster since you can quickly banish 1 Tuner from your GY during the Main Phase to target and negate the effects of 1 face-up card your opponent controls until the end of the turn. With <\/span><b>Loudness War<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it prevents other Tuners you control from being destroyed or targeted by card effects, and then when your opponent activates a card or effect, you can banish 1 <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> monster from your GY to apply that banished monster\u2019s effect when it is sent to the GY as a Synchro Material. The choices include <\/span><b>Cue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s previously mentioned excavation effect, <\/span><b>Clip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s effect to banish an opponent\u2019s random face-down Extra Deck card, <\/span><b>Reco<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s effect to<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">destroy an opponent\u2019s Spell\/Trap, <\/span><b>Mix<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s effect to destroy an opponent\u2019s monster, and finally, the effect of <\/span><b>Rotary<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which lets you either place an opponent\u2019s card in their GY or at the bottom of their Deck, or look at your opponent\u2019s hand while adding 1 <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Spell\/Trap from your Deck to your hand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-129067\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-300x169.png?wsr 300w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-1024x576.png?wsr 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-150x84.png?wsr 150w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-450x253.png?wsr 450w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-1200x675.png?wsr 1200w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch-768x432.png?wsr 768w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/LetTheRecordsScratch.png?wsr 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being the best Spell Card for the Deck and with <\/span><b>Duelist Genesis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> being able to fetch it out, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.tcgplayer.com\/rajaB5\"><b>Kewl Tune Synchro<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can add any <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> card from your Deck to your hand, and then you can immediately Synchro Summon 1 Tuner Synchro Monster, but you cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn, except Tuners. The bonus to this is that you can activate it up to twice per turn or on the opponent\u2019s turn, as it is a Quick-Play Spell. This makes it a guessing game for the opponent, as they need to figure out which Synchro Monster you will be Summoning on their turn and for what type of interruption\/destruction you plan to use. It is a solid card and a main 3-of for <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and will always be good going into the future with whatever support is given to the Deck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-129068\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-300x169.png?wsr 300w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-1024x576.png?wsr 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-150x84.png?wsr 150w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-450x253.png?wsr 450w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-1200x675.png?wsr 1200w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze-768x432.png?wsr 768w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/MeetMyGaze.png?wsr 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One tech that I\u2019ve seen pop up in multiple lists has been <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.tcgplayer.com\/PO1OWX\">Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon<\/a>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as on its Synchro Summon, it can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Tuner from your GY, which revives your <\/span><b>Clip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Mix<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Some have opted to run a copy of <\/span><b>Stardust Dragon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Special Summon off of Accel\u2019s effect to make <\/span><b>Bystial Dis Pater<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which can Summon back banished LIGHT or DARK monsters and help shuffle back your LIGHT\/DARK monsters in order to destroy a monster that activated its effect or to shuffle back your opponent\u2019s LIGHT\/DARK monsters to negate that activated effect. The Extra Deck hasn\u2019t been explored much, as there are plenty of other techs you can run; even the new <\/span><b>Zaren the Chainbound Dragon<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be worthwhile in the Deck with it being a Level 7 DARK Dragon Synchro Tuner that requires 1 Tuner and 1 or more Synchro Monsters to access plenty of other Extra Deck monsters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-129061\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-300x169.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-300x169.png?wsr 300w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-1024x576.png?wsr 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-150x84.png?wsr 150w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-450x253.png?wsr 450w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-1200x675.png?wsr 1200w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction-768x432.png?wsr 768w, https:\/\/cdn.ygorganization.com\/2026\/01\/AccelIntoAction.png?wsr 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall, <\/span><b>Kewl Tune<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has been tuned up enough to be a powerful contender with how much they can use for their Deck from running plenty of Tuner Hand Traps in the Deck for interruption, but also as combo pieces going into the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Control the game with your powerful effects.<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The starter Spell for <\/span><b>Hecahands<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/partner.tcgplayer.com\/55O5x9\">The Hidden Hecahands<\/a>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has shown its worth, as it can add any <\/span><b>Hecahands<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> monster from your Deck to your hand, depending on what you need. Special Summon a <\/span><b>Hecahands<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> monster from the Deck? <\/span><b>Ibtel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Searching for a <\/span><b>Hecahands<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Spell\/Trap? <\/span><b>Yadal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Excavate the top 3 cards of your opponent\u2019s Deck and possibly Special Summon a monster from it? <\/span><b>Gaigas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Look at 1 random card from your opponent\u2019s hand and Special Summon it if it is a monster? <\/span><b>Breus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Revive 1 monster from your opponent\u2019s GY during their turn? <\/span><b>Godos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It gives a wide variety of options for your turn, as you can also banish <\/span><b>The Hidden Hecahands<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from your GY to make your opponent draw 1 card and then discard 1 card. This can trigger the in-hand effect of <\/span><b>Breus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Gaigas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Godos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Special Summon themselves to the field. Post-<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blazing Dominion<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can add the new <\/span><b>Hecahands Makibel <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(YGOrganization Translation)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and this card can reveal itself in the hand to Fusion Summon 1 <\/span><b>Hecahands<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fusion Monster by using monsters from your hand or field, including <\/span><b>Makibel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
