Official Card Game (and Rush Duel) is aimed at little children in Kindergarten and Elementary School and has its text written for them to be able to read.<\/p>\n Hiragana and Katakana are the characters little children in Japanese read. When Hiragana or Katakana is above a card name, it’s so a child can read the text.
