Todays updates to our new site spellbook.life<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Todays update is pretty unfocused, as we are addressing the immediate feedback after launch. <\/p>\n

We’ve updated the login process a bit, it should be more stable now when registering for a Yugioh Passport.<\/p>\n

Account pages<\/strong> now exist, beyond just simply having a couple settings for setting some defaults, you now have a linkable profile that allows people to browse all of your decks, your binders, or see which decks you’ve ‘liked’. You can also link from a deck to that users profile by clicking on their username in the deck details.<\/p>\n

Speaking of which, we’ve added a feature to ‘like’ a deck<\/strong> which will help you track them as well as give each deck a public score. Simply click the little heart to increase its score while saving it to your profile<\/p>\n

Private decks<\/strong> are still a thing, even if somebody views your profile, they won’t see decks you’ve set to private – they still require the direct link for that (so you can still share a private deck with your friends)<\/p>\n

User profiles were given avatar support<\/strong>, you can now set your favourite card art as an avatar!<\/p>\n

More event type support – Some of the bigger Time wizard formats like Meadowlands and REDU format are more directly supported with dedicated event images on the event search page<\/p>\n

We fixed a few of the typos, but didn’t find them all I’m sure, so please continue to reach out with anything you find! Many visual bugs were also addressed.<\/p>\n

The footer on mobile was shrank down so you can view decks easier. Better mobile support is in the pipeline!<\/p>\n

Binders can now include cards like Maxx “C” that have ” in their names<\/p>\n

4×5 binder support<\/strong> has been added<\/p>\n

Lastly and most importantly, spellbook now supports Master Duel<\/strong> and its Decklists. <\/strong>When making your deck, if you do not include a Side Deck and there are cards newer than the release of Master Duel in your deck, it will detect it as a Master Duel list and apply date-based format legality accordingly. We will also add all of the event MD decklists in a future update, but due to cards like Engage Zero which are OCG only which is currently unsupported we can’t do that right away. Next update should add OCG support and MD decklists. <\/p>\n
