I drew ‘Libromancer Fire’ thinking about how a hero from American comic books would suddenly appear in the real world and had to hurriedly procure some clothes. I also created ‘Libromancer Bonded’ by proposing [a scene where] the hero he admires has been heavily wounded and he breaks into tears. Because Boy wears prescription glasses, I paid a lot of attention to make sure that in the illustrations where his eyes are big, the inside of the lenses is warped. I draw this kind of glasses characters every now and then.”<\/em><\/p>\n
