<\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4>Strategic Summary:<\/h4>\n<p>Welcome back to another CDP featuring the Vaalmonica archetype – if you’ve missed my profiles on them before, be sure to check out Vaalmonica Blackwing and Vaalmonica Performage here: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/cPdtZeoNsnI\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/cPdtZeoNsnI<\/a><\/strong> and here: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/KX_sxkruHMg\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/KX_sxkruHMg<\/a><\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>In short, the Vaalmonica theme generates Resonance Counters on its two Pendulum Scales, Counters on <strong>Dimonno Vaalmonica<\/strong> when you take effect damage and Counters on <strong>Angello Vaalmonica<\/strong> when you gain LP. Once each has 3 Counters, you’re able to summon the LINK-1 monster of its attribute, and the most important of the two is <strong>Duralume, Vaalmonican Heathen Hallow<\/strong>, a DARK Fairy that can destroy away your opponent’s monsters then attack up to 3 times in the same Battle Phase! Beyond this Link threat, the Vaalmonica archetype also has a decent array of effects from their Spell Cards, such as <strong>Vaalmonica Scelta<\/strong> drawing 2 cards or <strong>Vaalmonica Versare<\/strong> digging into your deck to try and find more Vaalmonica cards.<\/p>\n<p>But this deck isn’t just about the Vaalmonica, so let’s move onto the Live Twin\/Evil Twin archetype, as they’re also a core component of this deck. Between <strong>Live Twin Lil-la<\/strong> and <strong>Live Twin Ki-sikil<\/strong>, you’ll be able to bring out your first Link-2 in <strong>Evil Twin Lil-la<\/strong> or <strong>Evil Twin Ki-sikil<\/strong>. Chaining their effects, you’ll quickly be able to bring out the other, than Link Summon the theme’s boss – <strong>Evil Twin’s Trouble Sunny<\/strong>, a LINK-4 monster that has a Quick Effect to be tributed to recover a Ki-sikil and Lil-la monster back from the GY! It also can be banished from the GY to send a card on the field to the GY, applying even more pressure on the opponent. The biggest part about this side of the deck, and the main source of synergy, is the theme’s Continuous Spell: <strong>Live Twin Sunny’s Snitch<\/strong>. While you control an Evil Twin, this Continuous Spell lets you gain 200 LP each time your opponent summons. In just three summons, you’ll have all the counters you need to enable Angello with 3 Resonance Counters, enough to Link Summon your Duralume during the opponent’s Battle Phase! The final archetype at play here just helps round out the deck, with the Sky Striker theme adding additional Link monsters and stability. The Vaalmonica dump a ton of Spells to the GY, so with the power of multiple <strong>Sky Striker Mobilize – Engage!<\/strong>, you’re easily able to press your advantage even further and get closer to your Live Twin combos.
