While habakiri is problematic you don’t see cards saying search any fusion spell with out severe restrictions
Same goes for the other mechanics but when it comes to searching a ritual monster or spell it is a free for all for some goddamn reason
You sound like you don’t know the game’s history. It’s always been like this. First the same beatsticks everywhere, then recruiters and chaos stuff, then Cyber Dragon and Ice Barrier synchros… You’re basically complaining about the game.
@Dharc Because Ritual is still the most subpar type in the game, starting with the fact that they aren’t in the Extra Deck and need specific Spells in hand, both of which have more than 1 downside. To the point that still no Ritual Monster or Spell is banworthy.
@Dharc: Rituals occupy your Main Deck, so you either have to search them, to get them to your hand or send them to GY or banishment. Up until now, there was no Ritual Spell that was capable of summoning from the Deck or using monsters from the Deck as material. Even now, the ones that can do that are the Shinobird Field Spell and the Mitsurugi Ritual. Both of them has their fair restriction’s just as your Fusion Spells. You can literally search any Normal Fusion spell in this game with Thrust. And even better, the sending materials has been around since 2015, even before Nekroz was a thing. And before Nekroz, there was their Lore successor Gishki, which heavily relied on card advantage in your hand. You can’t really compare the two summoning mechanics. In Rush Duel, yes. The amount of minus you were getting is crazy. This card feels like a better bridge, but imo, nothing is going to make Arc Light ban justified. Diviner, Kaleidoscope, Dogmatika stuff etc. made it so much more better.

When it was just the first 2 SDs it was about who found an out to wall of illusions first. Anyway, a year from now people will be saying that current trendy desperately needs a buff. Something something outdated something somethings brick slurs. Almost like there’s a pattern here.

Kinda, sorta the Anaconda type card for rituals, i like it! Gonna try it out in my Chaos MAX Turbo deck later. HAHA!
Materials are hardly restrictive and the Ritual search is exceptionally strong.
Second effect is restricted mostly to Cyberse soup, as they are the ones to care about using multiple summon methods of the same Type, but it helps bridge into your Firewall Links.
And now, SALAMANGREAT GAZELLE is 1 card full Mitsu combo.

As a rule these retrains are direct improvements over the original.
Cyberse Witch didn’t Ritual from grave so there’s no reason why this would either.
Besides this card searches End of the World Ruler which is a built in Ritual summon.
All is well as long as the text is not STRICTLY better. They still do different things even if the general premise is similar. Not that I’ll ever grant legitimacy to main deck ritual monsters but that’s a different topic.
